Personal Training & Nutrition

60 minutes: $40

 is a strict full-service program that offers optimal results! You will get 40 minutes of one-on-one training with a specific action plan to target your problem areas. Each session will include 20 minutes of nutrition coaching. We will map out a specific nutrition plan for your body type with 24/7 daily nutrition assistance. 

 Package Includes:

  3. Progress Tracking Every 6 Weeks 
  • Body Measurements 
  • Scale Measurements (LBS, BMI, Muscle, Fat, Water)

  1. have health issues or injuries that limits your performance.
  2. if you struggle to keep up with fast paced programs or simply just want to go at your own pace.
  3. are uncomfortable exercising with others
  4. need a strict plan and help to stay commitment (trainer will stay on top of you to reach your goals)

Rates:

  • 4 Sessions: x a Week- $160
  • 8 Sessions: x a Week- $320
  • 12 Sessions: x a Week-$480
  • 16 Sessions: x a Week- $640
  • 20 Sessions: x a Week- $800

**** THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES A 3 MONTH CONTRACT WITH A REGISTRATION FEE OF $25 FOR NEW CONTRACTS**** 

              A $25 Fee will be required for each contract renewal!

Buddy Training

40 minutes: $20 each

is similar to personal training with a bonus of choosing a friend to split the price.  You will get 40 minutes of training with a specific action plan to meet both of your needs as a whole. 

Package Includes:

  1. Training Plan 
  2. Habit Change Plan 
  3. Progress Tracking Every 6 Weeks
  • Scale Measurements (LBS, BMI, Muscle, Fat, Water)
  • Physical Fitness Assessments 
  • Before and After Picture

Choose this service if you:

  1. are looking for personal training at a budget friendly rate.
  2. need a countability partner. (choose someone with similar fitness levels and goals)
  3. struggle with self-motivation and need a push stay dedicated.

Individual Rates: 

  • 4 Sessions: 1x a Week- $80
  • 8 Sessions: 2x a Week- $160
  • 12 Sessions: 3x a Week-$240
  • 16 Sessions: 4x a Week- $320
  • 20 Sessions: 5x a Week- $400

Group Training

30 minutes: $10 each

This package offers lots of fun while training with close friends and family! As a group leader you pick your group, day and time. Group must consist at least 3 but no more then 5 individuals . The program is a generalized exercise plan 

  1. Group Training Plan
  2. Progress Tracking Every 3 Months 
  • Scale Measurements (LBS, BMI, Muscle, Fat, Water)
  • Before and After Picture

Choose this service if you:

  1. enjoy working with others that you know
  2. are looking for the a budget friendly personal training

Individual Rates: 

  • 4 Sessions: 1x a Week- $40
  • 8 Sessions: 2x a Week- $80
  • 12 Sessions: 3x a Week-$120
  • 16 Sessions: 4x a Week- $160
  • 20 Sessions: 5x a Week- $200

**Rates are subjected to change for groups less then 4** Clients maybe added to the group in the middle of the 3 month contract but please note rates will not change till the following contract, no refunds will be available. If client discontinues trainings before the 3 month contract ends, refunds will not be given and any unpaid balanced will be due at the time trainings are stopped.

Drop In Group Training

60 minutes: $10-$50

A women’s program designed to be convenient and affordable for everyone. They are set up in hour time blocks, but if 30 minutes is all you’ve got no problem! There are a total of 12 time slots spread throughout the week. 

Group sizes will range from 6 to 8 women for a more personal training feel. This is great for women who are uncomfortable in larger group settings.  You’ll get to train with our CPT (certified personal trainer) for 30 minutes with a full body HIIT program! Which is an intense exercise program that will knock out your workout for the day! Modificaton is available!

IS 30 MINUTES ENOUGH??? YES!!! During a HIIT session 30 minutes is definitely enough! But if you would like more time you’re more than welcome to stay another 30 minutes for a self-led cardio rotation!

  1. can endure intense exercises enjoy a fast paced fitness program.

     

  2. if you are comfortable exercising with individuals you do not know. 
  3. can not commit to a group or a specific time or day.
  4. you are self motivated.
